Client Referral Terms & Conditions

We are offering employees of select Origami Risk clients the opportunity to earn rewards by referring new clients to Origami Risk, subject to these terms.  We reserve the right to amend these terms or terminate this program at any time for any reason.

 

1) Who can participate?
To be eligible for this program, you must be an employee of an existing Origami Risk client. Client employees may not participate in this referral program if doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations or company policy, which includes policies that restrict governmental entities from receiving and/or accepting gifts from vendors. However, the swag and rewards store does include options to redeem discounts or waived fees to Origami events and the option for charitable donations. If these options are acceptable under participant company or organizational policies, you are good to go.

 

2) What is considered a "qualified referral"?
A Qualified Referral is defined by the following:

1) A business, organization, entity, or department that is either: A new Origami Risk customer who has never opened an account with Origami Risk, or an existing Origami Risk customer contracted to a specific product, with a referral for an entirely different product suite offered by Origami Risk; and

2) The person making the referral makes an introduction (either via email or over the phone) to Origami Risk

Only the first individual to make the referral will be eligible. Origami Risk will make all determinations regarding Qualified Referrals in its sole discretion. If you submit a referral and the Origami team is already working with them on an opportunity, you can supply a reference to that prospect and receive half of the points allocated for a qualified referral (4,000) once completed.
 

3) What is the reward?
Subject to the sole discretion of Origami Risk, each referring individual will earn 8,000 points to redeem in the online Origami Swag Store for each Qualified Referral (as defined below). If the referral becomes a client, each referring individual will earn an additional 100,000 points to redeem in the online Origami Swag Store. Such credit must be used while you are employed at the same Origami client organization.
 

4) What methods can you use to send referrals to Origami Risk?
Participants can submit their referrals through this referral form. Participants can also make referrals directly by reaching out to their assigned Origami Risk service representative, however there will be a risk your referral doesn't make it back to this program's stakeholders. We highly encourage you to use the form so you get the credit. The referrer will be notified by the Origami Risk Client Marketing team promptly following completion of a Qualified Referral in order to provide the reward.

 

5) Can I earn points via any other method other than a referral?
Other avenues to earn points redeemable in the Origami Swag store include: completing a Case Study, completing a Reference Call, Speaking with Origami at an in-person or virtual event.
