Backorder
On occasion, we may have to backorder an item on your order if our stock is running low. If you do not indicate your backorder preference on the order, we will cancel any backorders under $25 and will contact you to ship any remaining backorders
Change / Cancel My Order
Please email us at rguillot@origamirisk.com immediately after placing your order if you need to make any changes. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
Returns
We will accept returns for merchandise within 30 days of purchase. With a receipt, we offer a refund in the same manner in which the original sale was made for items returned. Credit card refunds will be credited back to the same card. We do not refund shipping. Returns are made at the customer’s expense. All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents. Items cannot be returned without a receipt. If an item is defective, please include a note indicating the defect. Products purchased on our web site cannot be returned to a retail store for a refund.
Send returns by the method below. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method.
